Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Store Manager to oversee our retail/service store operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in employee orientation, organizational skills, and training development, with a focus on sales and customer service in the construction market.

Duties:

- Manage day-to-day operations of the store
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and meet revenue targets
- Recruit, train, and supervise store staff
- Conduct employee orientation and performance evaluations
- Create a positive customer experience through excellent service
- Monitor inventory levels and order stock as needed
- Analyze market trends and adjust store positioning accordingly
- Negotiate with suppliers to secure competitive pricing
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Experience:

- Proven experience as a Store Manager or similar managerial role
- Strong background in flooring/painting sales or service management
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Proficiency in math for inventory management and financial reporting
- Outstanding customer service skills
